the Cake Monster is a monster who steals Ogre Doug's cakes every year on his birthday. He is the namesake of the episode The Cake Monster. He is able to fly by spinning propellers on his head, and his slogan used to be "take cake!" until Wally intervened. He then becomes a friend of Wally's after Wally finds out that it is always Cake Monster's birthday too. He is voiced by Chris Philli
